LTE application and and approval

I app**** for LTE on the internet. I received an email that it was successful. I phoned the call centre and completed the application. I received an sms that it was approved on the 14th of December 2015 and my device will be delivered soon. As yet nothing was delivered. Yet my account was debited on the 10th of December 2015.
