LTE Antenna Intsallation

After complaining and arguing more than a month i eventually received my LTE Router with Antenna from telkom.<br> <br> Tech came in but could not install due to bad weather which is understandable. Was re assigned to a new tech who came in and during installation was told my cable from the antenna to modem is to short and further advised that there is no possible way to lengthen this cable and telkom would not be coming back and he would provide details of a possible private company to do this. a few days later telkom called and explained the situation and said this was incorrect and all the tech had to do was put a wire and lengthen the cable and this would be escalated and returned with feedback towards me.<br> <br> I have tried to call telkom and aswell speak to someone on the site but this has been no help at all. I am paying for a service and only getting 16mb/s whereas with the antenna i got 60mb/s.<br> <br> Please do advise.<br> <br> Shahid
