LTE Antenna Installation NIGHTMARE

<p>I have had no choice but to take this Public on HelloPeter!</p> <p>I have had the most disasterous experience with Telkom trying to get them to install my LTE antenna which has been going on for weeks and weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received my order on the 9th of May (this process was painful as well) but nevertheless on Telkom's website and in the packaging they say this:</p> <p> </p> <p>"How can I contact the antenna installer for an appointment to install my external antenna?<br />Telkom has you covered, once you receive your order and the SIM card is activated a trigger will be sent<br />to the installer who will contact you and setup an appointment to install your external antenna."</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the 9th of May I have been struggling to get someone to come and install the antenna.</p> <p> </p> <p>- I have called their Help line (holding for 45 minutes at a time) several times.</p> <p>- I have emailed close to 10 times.</p> <p>- I have chatted using their website</p> <p>- I have logged a query on their website</p> <p>- I have esclataed many times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each time I am promised someone will call me, last week Thursday I recived a call where I was asked for my details yet again and that an Installer would contact me asap to arrange an appointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one has since contacted me and it's almost a week later AGAIN.</p> <p>It has been 5 weeks since my SIM was activated... 5 Weeks of promises.....</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do? What else must I do? I am honestly desperate.</p> <p>The device is not working 100% due to this and it is impacting my Internet Speeds at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can somebody call me immediately to get this resolved!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
