LTE a waste of money
<p>I have been experiencing very bad spped on Telkom LTE. it was operating at 30Mb but over the past 2 months is has degraded to 1Mb. I have reported the fault but it hasnt been resolved in over 2 months. I would like Telkom to take their ******* service back and I'll find a new service provider. I have a case # ********** 9</p>
this is nothing more than lip service from Telkom. If this matter is not resolved in this week I will stop my debit order and report you to the Ombudman for cancellation of the contract due to non delivery of service, there is a CPA that covers us in matters like this. Try get your act together and send a technician out to resolve the issue please.
