LTE, 3weeks and not delivered

We app**** for the new product LTE, Saturday 9 May. {Tried unsuccessfully to process the order with Telkom office in Sanlam Centre, as well as travelling to Telkom office in HIllcrest - they couldn't help us either as the product not on the system}<br> Was eventually told to see Telkom office near PNP in Samlam Centre Pinetown. Karusha assisting but still no delivery of product.<br> UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! This is an advertised product.<br> Paul
