LTE

Hi.<br> I recently signed up with Telkom. Waited for two weeks. Finally got my LTE device yesterday after hours of waiting on the phone. The unit was supposed to be Rica'd by the courier company. I phoned yesterday aftrr work and was told that i must wait 24 hrs. Which it has been. And still nothing...i phoned 081180. They just said we must phone 10213. Held on for ten minutes (from my cell c phone...so im being charged) and no answer.then we phone 081187 and it asks for a unique authentication number / code. What on earth is that . Please I'm going out of mind with this constent phoning. Our friends have the same package but not half the nonsense that we have had. I would like to use my LTE. Can someone just help us. All i want is too have it Rica'd. I dont have a proof of resisence as the courier guy had taken it.
