Loyal customer that's fed up

I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I'm about to cancel my service if you guys don't stop this nonsense. My fiber line keeps getting disconnected everytime someone in my street or opposite street gets a new line. Your technician are using my switch to connect new customers. Now I'm sitting with the same problem again. This is the last time or I'll just move to a new ISP
