Loyal customer overcharged

I have been a loyal customer with Telkom for over 5 years and this is how I get treated. They called me to take out a contract last month for R269/month for 40GB where as I find out today that same deal is R199/month. If you knew about this deal why did you make me take it out then? Is this how you treat your loyal customers. I will definitely consider changing service providers if this is the way you are going to treat me.
