Loyal Client in Need

I am abosolutly annoyed at Telkom i app**** for fibre already on the 10th of March i still not have heards anything but the usual "investigation" Reasons...... However more than that I would like to extend my thanks to the Cresta Telkom Outlet especially Portia and her team.... They are truely the definition of optimal client experience and professionalism. I really am not a difficult client but this is getting ridiculous.
