Low lying Telkom cables

473CNZ121017 - logged issue of slanting pole and low lying cables on property with no landline using a school's number (near) ********** 198. Been receiving updates. I called only to be told no fault logged yet i have a ref. Now there's a hole next to the pole. What to do? Escalate the issue to Number one since you are even incapable of calling me?
