Low credit rating

<p>Yeatuarday I went to a Telkom shop in the mall , all went well while applying for a contract phone untill the agent told me My application has been declined due to low credit ratings -</p> <p>i called telkom head offices and they told me to go back to the shop and ask for a case x ,which helps people who dont have a credit history ( mine only consists of Virgin Active ,which i pay every month for almost 9 months now ) i did so , and they still turned me away , told me to go open an account and come back in 3 months . </p> <p> </p>
