LOVELY 2MBPS VDSL IN MY AREA, AFTER UPGRADE FROM 4MBPS ADSL.

Hi telkom,

the maximum internet speed in my area is 2Mbps.. It used to be 4Mbps before the upgrade from ADSL to VDSL.

Just down the road, they have 40Mbps??

I loaded a compliant recently, the agent just sends me a private message, so that there is a "response" on the complaint, but NEVER attends to the problem.

Fix this, im 100% sure you are not reading this complaint on a 2Mbps line.
