Love thy customers like thy love themselves

In our neighbourhood (Sasolburg, Lindley Street) an alarm at the local Telkom telephone exchange sounds day and night. The technical/operations personnel does not even bother to attend to the nuisance this causes in the community. If this is the pride that companies show in managing their own operations, you think they will go the extra mile to impress the little rats that are their customers? I think "nope"
