Lousy services

I have been trying to cancel a contract on a raw deal with telkom from the beginning of it and it has been an up and down seesaw journey. Consultants are very unprofessional and noone is doing anything about it. It's been a total waste of time each time I call or visit one of the stores. Can someone please assist me
