Lousy , pathetic and unprofessional service at Telkom

hi we have 2 cell phone contracts , MacBook and rooted all on contract with Telkom .... my 20 gigs never depleted , Today my husband call them and asked how much will it cost to pay up all and cancel the contracts , 2 hours later my 20gigs is used up really when it last me the whole month .....

I loaded 5 gigs from Fnb as I needed to do my work since 12:30 till now nothing come tru , they gave me a ref no and said the fault is with Telkom,

After spending 2 hours and more on a call with Telkom nothing has been resolved .....

Jabu the manager said she will call me back at 15:30 pm today with info it’s almost 5:45 no call at all .

Signal at Telkom is pethetic , service worse , consultant terrible , management horrible....

We changing our provider very fast
