lots of promises and no delivery

Hi, app**** for a new contract on 16/12 at Telkom Menlyn. as of today, i keep being told the phones are not in stock and it s on order? The stsff keep telling the delivery is today....but sofar nothing....how long before i must rather give up and go to another company....
