Lots of communication but grossly ***********

One Friday 5th January there was a pipe burst in our road which damaged the Telkom cable linking to several people in our area. I reported this on Saturday 6th (along with several other people doing reports for this) and I have received reference numbers and information updates about passing the issue from this department to that department to the next to the next but NOTHING has actually been done to physically fix the physical problem. The line is still dead a week later, affecting several people in our area.

Telkom is clearly nothing more than sales agents and email jockeys.
