Lots and lots of Ref no but still no help

<p>I complained 6 days ago about an experience I had with telkom when I app**** for the real deal special for July, all I keep on getting is emails and sms with ref numbers that don't make sense. my di satisfaction has not been taken to consideration and no action has been taken.</p> <p>Ref ********** 9</p>
