Lost technicians

App**** to have my Telkom landline moved on 28/10/2015. First we had amazing service. Telkom technician came out the Friday to start the installation. But there was a problem. He came back a week later but still no results, something about underground lines not working...... Technician was scheduled for 13/11/2015, received dispatched notification but no technician. Took a week to get a new appointment (27/11/2015). Received dispatch notification, once again NO TECHNICIAN. After numerous calls to Telkom on my cell (NO TELKOM CONNECTION POINT INSTALLED) I was able to find a technician that was able to help but he stated that according to Telkom the order number and circuit number is incorrect. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!! How long does it take to get a line installed... I just need someone who is willing to assist and not give me the run around. I just want ONE technician that will be able to do his job and show up for a job that was scheduled.
