Lost tablet from Repairs Department

Hi Didi <br> <br> I received a call on Thursday about how I now will be given someone's broken then fixed tablet i.e. Refurbished which is utter nonsense.. Please help me understand if that actually makes sense to you.. So I must carry on paying for someone's tablet.. Are you guys insane..? <br> In this case you have 3 options... Return my fixed tablet or get me a new one or cancel my contract effective immediately... Can I please have an answer within 24 hours as to which steps you have decided to take.
