Lost personal information

Telkom is just a **** man. They lost my account details. They have been debiting me for years and all of a sudden , they lost my account details with the intent to increase the premium payable. Do these guys get properly audited on their service ? Their policy states if the debit did not go though then the amount charged is doubled. Increasing their revenue without a fault in my side . Every month I need to update my accounts details because they have lost it .
