Lost Contract Sale

On Friday 24 November I ordered a contract on the Telkom website. I got an sms saying that I have been approved. Yet a week later nobody has called me back and I have been on the phone for an hour with various departments and nobody knows anything about it.

I just want Telkom fulfill their end of the deal by executing the order.

Hi, I dont have an order number sorry, I only have the sms which does not have a order number in it. Is there any other way we can resolve this
