Lost all my documents and did not respond

I made an application with Telkom Greenstone 3 weeks ago for an lte device. I filled in the application form and provided my bank statement and the necessary documents. I did not receive a response from Tekom store. <br> I came int the store last week and they said that my name was on the system but they had lost all my documents or it could not be found. I explained that I had to pay for my bank statement and that they should find it. They said they will call me on Monday as the person involved was not in the store. <br> <br> I received no call. I walk into the store today and they tel me they can't find my documents and that I must wait for the person to come back from training which is on the 26th of February.<br> I have trusted Tekom with my original contract documents and information and it has been misplaced. This needs to be resolved immediately.
