lost a whole day of production

got to work this morning and our telkom business wifi seemed fine after an hour the internet went completely down, bare in mind that the internet also powers our office phones so i had to go to my nearest telkom to report the internet being down, the whole day has since passed and they have not assisted in rectifying the problem, i own a business and we have lost a whole day of work.
