Loosing my personal data after adding bolt on.

<p>I have recently added the bolt on offer from telkom and showmax. at first it seemed to work fine bu then I noticed monitoring my account data noticed that my peronal data has dropped to nearly nothing.. there are two categories of the bolt on service added to my account, TI Entertainment ( 10 gig ) and TI Entertainment (95 gig ) 128kbps. and then I have my personal data which is 10 + 10 gig. my impression was that bolt on is unlimited for showmax but I found that my personal data is now being used and is now left on 200 mb! I am quite upset about this and I would like my data to be re imberced for for I was told that would not affect my personal data at all when I watch showmax! now I am left with no personal data but am sitting with 95 useless gigs. I would also like to unsubscribe for the bolt on offer as I feel that it is misleading and just another way for telkom to take my money and leave me empty handed. a few months ago I also lost all my data and I tried to find out what happened, but could not give me an answer. my contract will be expiring soon and I can happily say that I will not be renewing it. I've had numerous issues with tellom and I've just about had it. So please can this matter ve followed up and be resolved. </p> <p>Thank you</p>
