Loosing my patience

Telkom are you ever going to resolve my query that I logged in August 2019...I need the refund for the services I haven't used... You debited my account since that time until today for a sim card that does not work, I canceled the contract and was told someone will call me, it's almost 2 weeks, Please cancel my contract and refund me.. I was once proud to use telkom and a happy customer but now it's the opposite.. PLEASE RESOLVE MY QUERY, It's going for a year now..
