Looking for monthly bill!

<p>Every month Telkom cuts us off! Every month we get threatening SMSes from Telkom because they say we have not paid our bill. Not only is our account up to date but we have to phone Telkom EVERY month for our bill. This takes days to get the bill from them by which time we have been cut off. We need a bill on time every month. and it would be great if these threatening SMSes could stop</p>
