Looking for cellphone insurance

I just bought phone from one of the the store but what surprised me i sthe poor service which I always get from Telkom. Their lines are always busy. I was looking for insurance company to use for my Hisense phone but nothing good coming from them. If they can just say they dont have an insurance company I will be glad but no. I really don't understand if do they read the message properly of what. It's my first time using Telkon simcard but I feel like I had chosen a network that does not care about their customers.
