looking for a better telecoms company

<p>My internet has been down since last week wednesday. I have been calling on telkom to try and get the problem resolved and i get no help. All they do is take me through the same steps over and over again.</p> <p>The reference numbers i get are signed off at the end of the day as resolved. I called the business customer centre again yesterday and the lady i spoke to advised that a special would call me back and resolve the problem remotely. When i called this morning i was told that the reference number # ********** 34 had been closed off. nobody even called me to give me an update.</p> <p>It has been 7 days already that I have had no internet access. This is a business line that is being payed for monthly but we get such **** service.</p> <p>I would really love if somebody can help recommend a good service provider that we can use. im really fed up with the level of service i have been getting .</p>
