Looking for a battery

Can anyone from telkom give me a clarity if do they sell battery for Hisense u962. I have been calling the one in Eastgate but only the music which was being played on my ear. This service is very poor and there's no direct line to call when you are looking for phone accessory. Since three weeks back no agent ever pick the call. They must improve.
