Longest 48 hours known to man..TELKOM

I thought applying online would be a-lot easier but turns out no one wants to help you at all. Its been almost one whole week since I've app**** for LTE for my home.

Since Monday i have been calling 10213 only to get told they can only check and follow up on an online order but nothing ever happens. so sad because i actually appreciate your costumer services at most of your Telkom outlet stores.. to a point i moved from MTN to Telkom two weeks ago... please can someone get ahold of me its been way past 48 hours now. My case number is ***9
