Long waiting for nothing

Good day I made a call to 10213 on last week Monday to do a speed upgrade I was given a order number last week Thursday. Numerous call to telkom each time I call I get told my upgrade is done the technician just needs to lift my line so I get my 40 mega bit per sec and still nothing has been received if I am not on 40 megabit by Monday evening I will go cancel everything as well as consult my attorneys it is always story's from telkom I always have to beg for everything but my payment must always be on time. Wil be waiting for the message to say it has been done and Wil be checking.
