long waiting

<p>i went to telkom alberton city on saturday and was super excited to upgrade. to my disappointment the phone was not available. i accepted. on monday my husband fetch my phone and the lady activate my phone with a password and the password was given to my husband. at home my husband try to unlock the Iphone with the number given and not working disable. i rush back to alberton city branch and they were close as it is mentioned that the trading hours is 9 - 6. the people refuse to even assist me at the door. i met Esther at the outside and explained that the code is not working. she took me to the other branch in alberton city and they also try to assist till 7. i appreciate that they trying, but the service is not up to standard. i upgrade and sitting with a phone that is no use for me. the guy said he will phone me first thing this morning and i receive a call only 11h30. now they need to call in a lady from apple to reset the phone. the lady from apple go only assist me Thursday ********** now it is already 2 more day i have to wait. </p> <p>this is not my fault and why putting password on phones if you can even assist to remove it again. i was even offering to leave the phone last night and they refuse.</p> <p>this is a joke. 2 years back yes the service was wow now i have to stuggle. the other data upgrade was done but they cant even give me updated information so still waiting for wifi router.</p> <p>so it is not my fault so why not giving me a new phone and I WILL do the set up myself WITHOUT passwords. no i have to wait again for 2 more days. WHY ?????</p>
