Long wait for service

<p>Good morning I logged a complaint and a technician eventually came out to left premises yesterday by the time he left besides the telephone line still being dead the WIFI also went off.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have no access to the Telkom system now! and to top it all I got an SMs from telkom stating that my query has been resloved and I must rate TELKOM on the service they provided!!
