Long time customer who is very disappointed

Absolutely disgusted in Telkom mobile. I've been a customer for many years and this is a new low! Telkom took.upon themselves to cancel my contract for no reason last year. Still unaware as to why. They then reconnected me and put a new contract that I did NOT CONSENT TO!!! After backing and forthing for months they finally sorted it out but then had the AUDACITY to tell me to pay a R2300 penalty on a contract I NEVER canceled! Will not recommend them to anyone!
