Long overdue cancellation of phone contract with Telkom Mobile!!! pathetic service from telkom mobile!

I have sent more than 3 emails to the Telkom mobile cancellations department, followed up with endless phone calls and even physically went to their Canal walk store in Cape Town (and was told to wait) and still my mobile contract has not been cancelled! I have patiently waited for their 21 working days policy for the cancellation and thats now way past that! I have no idea what else would be a noble way of dealing with such a pathetic service provider!! I honoured the contract religiously from month to month and this is how they have to treat one! I will sure never take this kind of contract with Telkom Mobile ever again and would never advise anyone else to!
