Long Delay in Service

Good Morning<br> <br> About 2 weeks ago we phoned telkom and told them our internet is not working, they gave me this refrens number 438 CT2 180216 and told me that a tech will come and sort it out. It has been 2 weeks now. We are a graphic studio in Rustenburg we rely on the internet to do our business. Now we are losing clients and money because telkom is not coming out to fix the problem. This morning I went onto the telkom site to report the line again and got this mesagge. <br> <br> Unfortunately you will not be able to report a fault on the number provided, since a fault has already been reported on this service. Fault Reference number : 46CTK250216.<br> <br> My contact number is ***/***. <br> <br> So now for how long should we loose business and money over our internet? <br> <br> Very unhappy about the poor service from telkom! <br> <br> Kind Regards
