Lol Just try cancel Telkom . I dare you.

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom account for 4 MONTHS! First my cancellation was processed 15 days late where an additional month was charged. I had paid off the account at the end of December and promised to get a cancellation email. That email did not come.

Then Surprise! Come the 15th of JAN 2019. My account had been reactivated and I had been billed again!! Another 4 emails, a number provided to query which did not work and 2 disputes in the process that have been logged for the last 3 weeks.

Like Telkom and Eskom are in the same Whatsapp group though. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. ANYTHING BUT TELKOM.
