Loadshedding = No Telkom network

I have been very disappointed with Telkom LTE service during load shedding. Everytime there is loadshedding in my area in Kensington Telkom network is no existent for both internet and voice. Some of us work from home and take care of the elderly, how do we work or contact people in case of an emergency? For such a big enterprise it is very dissapointing that your base stations dont have back up power during load shedding. We r losing hours of work due to this for a service that we are paying for
