LOADING OF PRO DATA OF ADDITIONAL 500 MB FOR JUL

I got 2 new contracts of Smart Plan 50 with Sony Experia E1 (Offer Code TMC ***) on the 1st of Jul 2015 with 2 lines being ported to Telkom. Everything went smooth until I checked my existing balance. According to the contract that I signed, I am supposed to get 500 MB additional data every month. Everything else is there but this additional data hasn't been given to me. I called and emailed customer service endless times. They said from August I will get it from the beginning of the each month. I said how about pro rata for Jul (about 467 MB). I was told that I am right and they will load the pro rata of this additional 500 MB for Jul. Case number is ***7. It has been 2 weeks and I am getting frustrated! The lady from the customer service does not even reply my emails. All I want is what was promised to me on the contract.
