Loading internet/e-mail on cellphone

I am a Telkom client for the past 20 years plus. I went to Telkom at Baywest Mall in PE 25 Nov to ask for assistance to download my Telkom e mail on my mtn cellphone. They only assist me with my username and password. Two MTN shops try to assist me, because the sales person at Telkom told me that they only sell phones and send me to the Telkom shop at Greenacres. The Greenacres technician was not in. So now I am stuck without my e-mail on my cell.<br> <br> The people at Greenacres were more friendlier than the people at the Baywest shopping mall.
