Living in the stonage

I cannot actually describe the frustration I have been through to get a cell phone contract with Telkom. It has taken 4 months! After signing papers at a price in October 2015, they could not get me a device till this week, they now tell me that I have to pay the new prices which equates to 30% more from the signing of the documents????!!!<br> <br> I even tried going through the business development manager and account manager at work and they couldn't help me because their system is offline!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!<br> <br> Not only are you going to lose my personal business but the business that you could of had through my company. Its nice to be on this side of the desk when you get non-existent service from providers : ) <br> <br> No more tenders for Telkom :) <br>
