Little to no ADSL conenctivity since last month!

If this was any other country, I could take Telkom to court for this. To reclaim the costs incured of having to use 3G since last month to do my business, while telkom sits on their rear ends.

I do my work through the line, constant skype calls and heavy duty VPN connections.

Since last month my ADSL has been down. There was a small period in the middle where it was up, but rediculously slow. I tried logging a case ticket again after that but I get blocked saying the case is already logged from last month. But nothing has been done since last month.

I've tried repeatedly to chat to an agent via their online chat service. But I continuously get dropped during the chat for no reason. Almost like the agents close the connection. And in every chat I tell the agent to call on my cell if the chat is dropped, and they simply don't. Another service that Telkom is pathetic at. It's shocking how one company can be this bad at everything. There's no ways I'd even touch 8ta with a 10-foot pole. Knowing that it's run by Telkom. Regardless of how tempting their new ad campaign is.

This seriously needs to be resolved now. It doesn't seem like anyone is managing this issue in Sea Point, Cape Town. I don't want to hear that the case is logged or they're working on it. Because clearly TElkom is not. When will it be resolved? What EXACTLY is the issue and why is it taking this long?? How many agents are on the ground, working on this issue? It's time for answers!!!

Do you require another useless - the the customer - case number to respond to my query??
