Little or no internet data for months, but i pay!!

Telkom did me in by not supplying internet data since last year.I now got a Wireless Telkom Dlink router, since last week, and no data was activated on this unit as well.So i have paid many months for no/little data from telkom.They are going from bad to worse.I need to be re imbursed for the data i never got.My contract is supposed to deliver 2Mbs UNCAPPED, maximum data i ever got was 200 KILO bs, but standard data rate is about 40 kbs, NOT 2Mbs!.<br> <br> I had to use my Vodacom out of bundle data to do my business, as i got no/little data from Telkom.<br> <br> Telkom wake UP, bbeee DOES NOT WORK !!!, when you force *********** characters into positions that can not do the work they are supposed to.No shame.I had so many problems with telkom since i joined,its sickening.<br> <br> .<br> <br>
