Literally no one to talk to at Telkom Mobile - tried all avenues now for a month
I am a longstanding Telkom mobile client. But, I've tried to upgrade since 12 December. I have no luck talking to ANYONE. No one calls back on requests. I was even pre-approved for the upgrade via text on 13 Dec already. The Karabo bot on Facebook also closes an inquiry after 1 hour. How the hell am I supposed to FIND anyone to talk to? I am simply going to cancel my contract instead of upgrading. Just stay away!

11 Jan 2022, 10:56Update on 11 Jan - still trying to get hold of Telkom to upgrade. It's been a month. Facebook chats not working and is being closed automatically after an hour. I LITERALLY do not know what to do. How is this even possible.
