literally impossible to move adsl line

We all know Telkom is slack, but they have reached a new low. We have been forced to go wireless after 10 weeks of phoning, pleading and escallating to get a line moved. Payment after payment, excuse after excuse. We will phone back, of course no one phones. We are paying for data we dont have and loosing money on mobile data. How is it possible that an organisation can be this dysfunctional yet still somehow survive? Pathetic there are no words…
