LIT Streaming data

I have a Telkom contract that includes LIT streaming data. Since I got the contract Telkom does not deduct from the LIT data when I'm streaming on Youtube but it depletes my anytime data and then when I only have the LIT streaming data remaining, then that data also does not work. I'm in my third month of the contract now and it is still not working.
