LIT Music is a ****

I have been receiving LIT music bundles with my purchase of data bundles of over 2 GIGs. I have a Google Music subscription, however streaming music uses my normal data instead of my LIT Music bundle. I have opened a case number ********** 3 with Telkom to investigate why my LIT Music is not being used but it's a week with no response. Kindly assist.
