LIT - MUSIC BUNDLE NOT WORKING

I have been using the LIT-Music bundle for months now to stream music on Apple music without any problems but recently my music will not stream if I don't have any data even though I have a LIT- Music bundle. I have called Telkom multiple times regarding this but everyone apparently doesn't know why it is happening therefore they cannnot help me. This is really unfair as I paid R100 for a LIT bundle but I have to buy data additionally everyday to stream music.
