LIT BOX Stock

I have signed a 24 month, 10mb/s ADSL contract with Telkom on 01/12/2017 and Part of the promotion was I will receive a LIT media box. The day I called in and app**** for the contract the sales lady told me that They will send me the LIT box and modem within 14 working days. I have Waited 14 Days and did not Receive anything yet how ever i then Received my Modem but no LIT box. I then Called the Call Center and they advised me that they Do not have Stock and they Waiting on stock. and they again advised that it should be soon. I then waited another 14 Days that is almost a Month after my line has been upgraded and modem sent. I Decided to call again and they advised me by one of the Agents that they do have stock that he found that my order was not completed yet and he cannot complete it as the lady is not there and he cannot complete it as it is open in her name but he can create a New order which he did and advised that i will get the LIT box within 7 Working days. I waited 7 Working days and still did not receive anything. I called again and they advised that they do not have stock and the order does not want to complete as there is no stock and also advised that there was no order completed either as it is not completed yet. They still waiting for stock also. I then waited another 7 Days and this carried on for 4 Months and still have not received anything. i then spoke to a Supervisor and he advised that he will be overriding the system and complete the order and that they have stock and i will Receive it with in 7 Working days. I waited and got Nothing yet i then tried to Mail him as he gave me the email and email was wrong as it failed to send. I called the Call Center again Fuming as this is dragging out now fro 5 Months already and is not happy at all. I then Called again and they advised me that they have completed the order and that there is now a New order that it is out for Delivery as it is sent to COURIERIT and will be Delivered within 7 Working days. I called COURIERIT after 7 Working Days and they advised me that there is no Order from Telkom or any items from Telkom at all. I called the Call center again and they advised me that there is no stock of the LIT box. I Raged as this is not Acceptable I spoke to another Supervisor and she said there is nothing that she can do as there is no stock. I have another Client also Waiting 5 Months and still no LIT box either sent to him.

HOW CAN THERE NOT BE STOCK IN THE WHOLE OFF SOUTH AFRICA FOR 5 MONTHS

What Can I do about this as it has been 5 Months now and there is just Lies Within TELKOM as they have stock then no stock then order not completed then no stock again and carries on the whole time.

How Long Must I wait for the LIT Box till my contract expires???
